This was put in our new house build. We yanked it out after a month. Complete trash.
Volume control does not work properly, continually resets
The volume control doesn't work properly. When the volume is adjusted, it reverts back to pre-adjusted level. Also app repeatedly closes or reverts to Home When one trys to use app.
Service is offline 70 percent of time.i even reported it to the company but no one came to address the situation
It doesn't connect to host. Very terrible.
Far too many glitches. Consistently doesn't operate correctly
Very poor integration. Not able to connect to host and no functionality. I will not recommend savant system to anyone, waste of time and money. Can't connect to 5ghz band and extremely poor customer service.
Never hook up with Savant. No way to unhook.
The Android version of this app is definitely not as sophisticated as the iOS version. There's a huge problem with this app where there is no option to vertically scroll through hosts. You can only scroll horizontally which is very awkward. The app also frequently disconnects from the host and doesn't automatically reconnect.
Love it. But I'm a installer and programmer for savant. I have done the other 2 automation companies and savant is by far the BEST
